- Church Street
On the right is what was the Bull public house with a single story building against the road (since demolished) and the rest of the premises behind. Next to it is the office of the agent and auctioneer Mr Clark. Next comes Hope Lodge a children's home. Vividly shows the state of the winter roads in those days. Taken from near the 'New Cut' later renamed Albert Place.
